Healthy joints depend on healthy collagen in ligaments,
tendons and bone ends. Collagens are a large family of bio molecules including
the glucosaminoglycans, one of which is glucosamine. Most people are familiar
with joint supplements containing glucosamine, chondroiten and hyaluronic acid.
Bone Broth is a "whole food" source of these compounds, which results
